The starting point is a reconstruction of the current state of the city, based on precise geometrical data, using the correct geographical co-ordinates (latitude, longitude and altitude). This forms the framework for representation of the cityís historical transformations. The NuME project was begun in order to put this great history on display.
The NuME project aims to create a virtual city museum, using computer graphics. The various stages in the cityís transformation are illustrated according to historical stages, adding the dimension of time to the three dimensions of space.
