In this field of research, the method being based on the contribution of many disciplines to obtain complex results, work is currently being carried out on the Nu.M.E. project.
NuME is the New Electronic Museum in Bologna. The Museum is the city museum. It is New because it is not a closed environment displaying models and other urban objects or evidence of economic activity. Instead, it consists of electronic systems with which the visitor can interact. It is Electronic because information technology tools are used. It is a three-dimensional reconstruction of the city of Bologna using virtual reality techniques.
